The basic
Think of us as a community hub that uses movement as a catalyst. We’re based in the heart of West London, and our slogan—For the Community, By the Community—is our North Star. We provide a space where you can get a world-class workout, but also find your next mentor, business partner, or close friend.
We are rooted in the heart of the area. We believe in the energy of our local streets, and our location reflects that. Currently, Moberly Sports Centre & Paddington Recreation Ground are our home base.
Simply Nas is the parent brand and the vision behind The CirQle. Think of it as the media outlet. When you see Simply Nas on your bank statement or legal forms, just know that’s the engine keeping The CirQle running!
The Classes
Not at all. While the class is “skill-based” (meaning we actually teach you how to throw a punch properly), it’s designed for all levels. If you have the energy and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in. The music, the people and the vibes usually take care of the rest.
Expect to slow down to speed up. It’s a more mellow, therapeutic journey. We focus on dynamic movements that help you find the balance between raw strength and fluid mobility. It’s the perfect “reset” for your body, especially if you’ve been hitting the boxing pads hard.

Introducing The Link Up—a free community session that’s about more than just hitting the pavement. Every Saturday, at the infamous Paddington Rec Track, we’re bringing a new type of energy to the ends. Bring a friend & come find out…
For Beats & Boxing:
- Bring your own Gloves & Hand wraps (For hygiene purposes).
- Bring your own Jump Ropes
For Movement & Mobility:
- Bring your own Mat (for hygiene) although we do provide comfortable mats.
For The Link Up (run club)
- Come as you are (no need for equipment)
*For all of our sessions, bring a water bottle, comfortable gym gear, Bring A Friend, an open mind. We will provide the atmosphere; you provide the effort.
Community & Beyond
It’s not a stuffy corporate mixer. It happens organically. We’ve designed our sessions to allow for “post-class hangouts.” Whether it’s grabbing a post workout smoothie or just chatting in the space after the final bell, The CirQle attracts ambitious, like-minded people from across West London borough.
We’re building more than just a schedule of classes. We are currently working on seminars, developing a mentorship program, training modules, and a job board focused on local opportunities. We want to be the place where the community finds their next move, not just their next workout.

We’re keeping the name under wraps for a little longer, but let’s just say he is an upcoming legend in the calisthenics realm and a true product of West London. It’s going to be a 2-day deep dive into bodyweight mastery. Stay tuned to our socials for the big reveal.
Logistics & Memberships
Founding Members are the OGs. You’re the ones who believe in the vision before we’ve even hit full capacity. In exchange for your early support, you get locked-in rates, first dibs on seminar tickets, and exclusive community perks that won’t be available to the general public till much later.
Life happens—we get it. We just ask for 12 hours’ notice if you can’t make a class. This gives someone else in the community a chance to take that spot. Please note cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Part of being “community-driven” means showcasing what we’re building. We document our sessions to share the energy on social media and for our marketing. If you’re having a particularly shy day, just let the team know before class starts!
Health & Safety
Our Movement & Mobility class is often a great fit for those working through stiffness or old tweaks, but please consult your doctor first. Always tell your instructor about any injuries before the music starts so we can offer you modifications.
Currently, our classes are for those aged 18 and over. As we grow, we hope to introduce youth-specific programs to keep the next generation of West London moving.
